Custom Coveralls

We are a custom coveralls manufacturing company who has been in clothing manufacturing for a long time. We would call ourselves coveralls experts because we have been making them for a long time, and we have manufactured custom made coveralls for companies like Toyota, Lexus, Michelin, etc. We aim to make superior quality coveralls at competitive prices. Coverall is used a lot in different industries, and especially, they are used by almost every company in the Gulf. We make sure that the quality of our coveralls is capable of handling daily wear and tear.

There are various options of fabrics to use in the customized coveralls, but Twill remains the best choice for all of our clients. Twill is a tough and rugged fabric, which is also breathable and can easily be washed, and stains are also removed easily from the fabric. We keep Twill in various compositions, but mainly two compositions are used for coveralls. Either client chooses 100% cotton or 65/35 Polyester/Cotton blend. Our job is to provide all the options for the custom work coveralls and overalls to our clients, and they choose the best fabric themselves. The yarn we use in the coverall is high-quality and won’t shrink or lose after multiple washes. In Gulf, each workwear is given 2 coveralls per year, so they wash the coverall a lot, so we need to make sure that the quality of coveralls is top-notch to bare to wear and tear.

We keep a lot of different colors of the fabric in our stock for the wholesale work coveralls. Keeping this fabric is to save clients and ourselves time when an order is placed. We want to speed up the process of sourcing and manufacturing for both parties, and this is why we always keep various colors in the fabric. Whenever clients place an order if the fabric is available, we go for manufacturing instead of wasting time sourcing. But if the client wants some specific fabric blend for their custom coverall, then we can go for manufacturing and sourcing, and everything from yarn to dyes used in the fabric is as per the client’s demand. We also keep different GSM in the fabric because some clients want lighter GSM while others want heavier GSM.

There are a lot of different options for customizing the coveralls. Whether it’s wholesale disposable coveralls or custom workwear hoodies, customization in any clothing is a necessity because companies and brand want their logos and names of the clothing. There are many options available, but screen printing and Embroidery remain the top choice for the clients. We prefer the Embroidery because coveralls have to go through harsh conditions, and Embroidery has a longer life than the screen printing.

We believe that no matter what you tell your clients or how you market your products, it’s ultimately the quality of products that will speak for themselves. We have multiple checkpoints throughout the checking process. Every coverall goes through these checkpoints where professional quality control personnel check the quality of the coveralls to ensure high quality. This process is the same for manufacturing workwear of all kinds. As medical coverall manufacturers, we have to ensure high quality and take care of hygiene while manufacturing these coveralls.

FABRIC OPTIONS:

Following are some of the fabric options for the workwear coveralls,

  • Twill
  • Tri-Blends
  • Polyester/Cotton Blends
  • Cordura
  • Fire Retardant Fabric
  • Canvas

Choosing the right fabric for the coveralls is very important because we need to make sure the quality of the fabric is capable of handling sweat while keeping the workers cool while working at different sites. Twill is mostly used as the preferred choice by most brands and companies. As one of the coverall manufacturers, we have experienced that some clients go for lighter GSM while the others go for a bit heavier GSM. This is also applicable to the working shirts and pants. The reason depends on the demography; it is very hot and humid in the Gulf region, and clients want breathable fabric and skin-friendly fabrics for the workers. At the same time, clients that go for higher GSM buy coveralls for colder regions like Europe, North America, and the UK.

We use high-quality yarns to make the fabric to ensure that the fabric won’t tear and it can bare the daily abuse it has to go through. These fabrics won’t shrink or lose after washing. The fabric can easily wash off the stains when it is washed. We are also disposable coverall manufacturers, and throughout the Covid-19 times, we have delivered 100000s coveralls to medical and health workers.

We also make fire retardant coveralls, and we partner with some of the best companies in the world who make this possible for us. A special layer is added to the coverall fabric to make it heat and fire-resistant. These coveralls are usually used in the petroleum industry, and since we have most of our experience in the Gulf region, we have made FR coveralls for a lot of our clients and companies.

COLORS:

We keep all the standard colors available in Twill for our clients. As a wholesale PPE coverall supplier, we have to keep the fabric in various colors and compositions available for our clients. Whenever there is an inquiry, we don’t make them wait for a week. Instead of waiting for 15 to 20 days for souring or manufacturing the fabric, we go for manufacturing right away. We keep fabrics for almost all products like work pants, shirts, or overalls.

All of the fabric we have is made using high-quality yarns and dyes. The dyes won’t bleed or fade after constant washing. We believe in high-quality products, and as industrial coverall manufacturers, we have to make sure that the quality of the fabric is high. We use eco-friendly dyes in the fabric so that it does not cause any harm to the environment.

GSM:

The GSM is very important in choosing the fabric for the coveralls. It depends on the climate conditions and what kind of GSM one should choose. We keep the fabric in various GSM for the clients. But normally, 240 GSM is regularly used by the clients for their coveralls. As protective coverall manufacturers, we provide all kinds of options to our clients, and it depends on them to choose the right fit for their industry. In the hot conditions of the Gulf, workers work in very tough conditions, so some clients go for lighter GSM, around 200 grams for their workers. The fabric needs to be breathable and skin-friendly so that it won’t cause rashes to the workers and keeps the workers cool while they are out there working in harsh conditions. As an FR coverall manufacturer, we keep in mind to have the best GSM so that we don’t have to compromise on the quality of the coveralls.

CUSTOMIZATIONS:

Following are some of the customization options clients can use for work coveralls,

  • Screen Printing
  • Heat Transfer Stickers
  • Embroidery
  • Embroidered Badges
  • Sublimation
  • Digital Printing
  • DTG
  • Silicon Printing
  • Customized neck and washing labels
  • Customized T-shirts designs

Customization is vital because every company wants different and own designs of coveralls. The coveralls are customized in two stages; at the first stage, different styles and designs are made, and then the end products are made in different styles. The second stage uses different techniques like embroidery and screen printing to customize the coveralls. If clients want custom fit coveralls, they can do that at the first stage, and if they want custom printed coveralls, they can do that using screen printing.

We use high-quality threads and dyes to do embroidery and screen printing. Duskoh makes sure that every product goes through the quality control process after embroidery and screen printing so that if there are any mistakes, those can be picked and resolved instantly. All the custom embroidered coveralls go through the process after Embroidery, where all the loose threads are cut to give the Embroidery a neat look.

There are a lot of other customization options available. Still, clients usually go for these two because these have a long life and customization like DTF and DTG are expensive.

PRICE RANGE: ($8-$70) shipping excluded:

We offer very affordable rates for all of our products, and we can do this because we have our factory and there is no middle party involved. The price of the coverall depends on some factors, including order quantity, fabric composition, and customization. All three factors play a part in the pricing of the coveralls. As fire retardant coverall manufacturers, we charge high for these products compared to regular coveralls because they are expensive because they go through a process where the fabric is treated to make it fire retardant. All the raw material used in such coveralls is also fire retardant so that in case of an emergency or accident, the coveralls don’t catch fire at all. When it comes to Embroidery, the size and number of stitches in Embroidery determine the price, and in screen printing, the size of the print and the number of colors involved determine the price.

DELIVERY TIME: (20 days to 3 months)

We offer a very short lead time to our clients. We have made small stitching units in our factory to entertain multiple orders at the same time. We keep a wide range of fabrics for the clients to choose from, and the main purpose is that we don’t have to wait for sourcing or manufacturing fabric, and we can go straight for manufacturing of the fabric. Once the coverall is ready, we can go for workwear custom printing so that end products can be packed and sent to the clients. We have an experienced team to help you throughout the process. Even if you are wondering ‘how to make coveralls,’ our team will guide you throughout the process of sourcing coveralls for your brand or company.

We normally get the samples ready in 3 to 5 working days, and it might take 7 additional days for shipping. It means you can receive samples within 15 days. When it comes to the time for consignments, it depends on various factors, including the order quantity, fabric availability, and customization. If the fabric is available, then move straight for production. If the order quantity is large, it might take more time, and if the order quantity is less, it might take less time. We can customize the bulk orders, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

MOQS: NO MOQS FOR AVAILABLE FABRICS

We don’t have any minimum order quantities because we work with many companies who don’t have a lot of staff and normally order 200 to 300 pieces. Some wholesalers buy 10000 pieces at one time from us, and we treat both of our clients equally. Even if you want one piece, we will respect you and make that one product for you.

If you want workwear coveralls, you can send us an inquiry at info@duskoh.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
